5. Acceptable Use

7. Third-Party Transactions

Any booking, reservation, purchase, or arrangement a User makes with an Advertiser — including via the Site's "Request booking" WhatsApp feature — is a private arrangement solely between the User and that Advertiser. 16. Disclaimers

The Site, including its weather forecasts, distance calculations, and directions, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by Mozambican law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith direct negotiation between the parties and, failing resolution, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mozambique.
